Shipping & Returns Policy

This page explains how order confirmation, shipping and delivery work for custom 3D printing orders from FataelQ, along with our policy on returns, refunds and cancellations. Because almost everything we make is custom-designed and printed to order, our shipping and returns policy works a little differently from a standard retail store — please read through the details below before placing an order, and feel free to reach out if anything is unclear.
Order Confirmation
Every order begins with a quote request through our "Request a Quote" form, Instagram or WhatsApp. Once we've agreed on the design, size, color and price, we'll confirm the order details with you before production starts. For custom designs, we may share a preview or proof for your approval first. Production begins only after the order is confirmed, and for some orders we may request a partial deposit upfront, as outlined in our FAQ.
Shipping & Delivery Areas in Qatar
We're based in Doha, and most orders are either picked up locally or delivered within Doha and the surrounding areas. For 3D printing shipping in Qatar outside of Doha, we can usually arrange delivery via courier — let us know your area when requesting a quote so we can confirm whether delivery is available and whether any additional delivery cost applies. At this time, we primarily serve customers within Qatar; if you're located outside Qatar, contact us first to confirm whether shipping your specific item is possible, as larger or fragile pieces may not be practical to ship internationally.
Turnaround & Delivery Times
Most custom orders are ready within 3–7 working days from order confirmation, depending on size, complexity and finish — see our FAQ page for more detail on turnaround times. Delivery or pickup is arranged once your order is ready. If you need an order by a specific date, let us know when requesting your quote so we can confirm whether that timeline is achievable.
Custom Order Returns & Refunds
Because most items are designed and printed specifically for you, custom order returns are handled differently from off-the-shelf products. We're unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply due to a change of mind once production has started, since custom pieces generally can't be resold. Before production begins, we'll always confirm the design, size and color with you — this is your opportunity to request changes, so please review previews and details carefully at that stage.
If an order is cancelled before production has started, any deposit paid may be refunded or applied to a future order, at our discretion. Once printing has begun, deposits are generally non-refundable, as materials and machine time have already been committed to your order.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what was agreed (wrong color, size or design), let us know within a few days of receiving it, along with photos showing the issue. We'll review the problem and, depending on the situation, offer a reprint, repair or partial refund. This policy covers manufacturing and delivery issues — normal wear from everyday use, or damage caused after delivery, isn't covered.
